Description

The Batco FX1800 Pitstop is a portable drive-over belt conveyor for unloading semi-trailers, gravity wagons, and belly-dump trailers. Its 18-inch chevron belt is rated at up to 11,000 bushels per hour with dry wheat, and the platform has 7.5 inches of working clearance.

An 8-by-12-foot dump platform directs grain into the 32-by-114-inch hopper. Hydraulic lift raises the wheels for transport and lowers the conveyor into operating position. This electric model uses a 10 HP drive, and an optional self-propelled kit is available for sites where the Pitstop is moved often.

Confirm that the trailer clears the platform and can be centered over the intake, then check where the Pitstop will discharge into the next conveyor or auger. The motor requires the correct phase, voltage, service capacity, disconnect, and cord. Dry-wheat capacity is an upper rating; grain condition and feed consistency will affect the working rate.
