The Batco FX2400 Pitstop is a portable drive-over belt conveyor for unloading semi-trailers, gravity wagons, and belly-dump trailers. Its 24-inch chevron belt is rated up to 18,000 BPH with dry wheat, and the low 7.5-inch clearance keeps the dump platform accessible to common grain trailers. This configuration uses a 15 HP electric drive.

Fast Drive-Over Grain Unloading

The 8-foot by 12-foot dump platform feeds a 32-inch by 114-inch hopper. Grain moves on a chevron belt rather than through an auger, supporting gentler handling while the streamlined intake and discharge hood help contain grain at higher unloading rates. Hydraulic lift on the transport wheels raises the Pitstop for transport and lowers it into working position.
