Description

The Batco FX2400 Pitstop is a portable drive-over conveyor for unloading semi-trailers, gravity wagons, and belly-dump trailers. Its 24-inch chevron belt is rated at up to 18,000 bushels per hour with dry wheat, and the 7.5-inch working clearance helps keep the platform accessible to common grain trailers.

The 8-by-12-foot dump platform feeds a 32-by-114-inch hopper. Hydraulic lift raises the transport wheels when the unit is moved and lowers the Pitstop into working position. This configuration uses a 15 HP electric drive, while a self-propelled kit is available when the conveyor needs to be repositioned frequently.

Check trailer clearance across the complete platform and place the discharge where the receiving auger or conveyor can keep up. The electrical installation needs the correct voltage, phase, amperage, controls, disconnect, and cord. Actual output will change with grain condition, incline, and how consistently the hopper is filled.
