Description

The hydraulic Batco FX2400 Pitstop is a portable drive-over conveyor for semi-trailers, gravity wagons, and belly-dump trailers. A 24-inch chevron belt carries grain from the 8-by-12-foot platform, with a published capacity of up to 18,000 bushels per hour with dry wheat.

The platform sits 7.5 inches above the ground in working position and feeds a 32-by-114-inch hopper. Hydraulic lift raises the transport wheels when the conveyor is moved. An optional self-propelled kit is available for operators who reposition the unit repeatedly during harvest.

The tractor or hydraulic power unit must supply the required flow and pressure with suitable return plumbing and fittings. Trailer clearance, wheel placement, and discharge position should be checked at the unloading site. Product condition, incline, and how steadily the hopper is filled will influence the rate achieved in operation.
