The Baumalight DR438 is an industrial tree spade for nursery, landscaping, and transplanting work. Four T1-steel blades form a semi-truncated root ball, with individual hydraulic cylinders moving the blades through nylon slides.
This configuration has electric controls and a universal skid steer mount. The control connection and loaded attachment weight should be matched to the carrier, particularly when moving the tree after digging.
