The Baumalight FMP780 is a Category I or II 3-point flail mower with an 80-inch rotor width and an 87-inch overall path. Its swinging flail blades cut long grass, weeds, and light brush while moving back when they strike a hard obstruction.

FMP780 Mowing System

A 540 RPM PTO driveline powers the rotor through a heavy-duty gearbox, and a slip clutch protects the tractor and mower from sudden overloads. An adjustable rear roller follows ground contours and maintains cutting height. Replaceable skid shoes protect the housing, and the spiral rotor pattern spreads tooth engagement across the rotor to reduce vibration.
