Description

The Crary Air Reel replaces the factory reel on compatible combine headers and uses a curtain of air to help carry crop from the cutterbar into the auger or draper. It is a useful option when short crop, uneven feeding or loose material at the cutterbar makes harvest more difficult.

A direct-drive gearbox powers the Crary fan. The steel manifold and drop tubes deliver air across the header, with double-end air tubes serving the outer ends. Wireless controls operate the airflow and pitch actuators so the operator can adjust the air stream as conditions change.
