Overview

The Crary Air Reel replaces standard header reels on most combines with an integrated high‑velocity air curtain system. Its fan-driven airflow pushes cut crop evenly into the auger or draper belt, reducing bunching and shatter loss. Controlled by wireless remote from the cab or ground, it's compatible with headers from John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, and more.

Even Air Curtain Feeding: High-speed airflow directed at the cutter bar keeps beans, lentils, or wheat feeding into the combine consistently, cutting down crop bounce and yield loss.

Crary Fan with Direct‑Drive Gearbox: Provides powerful, efficient air delivery with hardened gears, electric actuator, and adjustable blade pitch.

Wireless On‑Board Control: Remote airflow control can be managed via cab remote or handheld ground unit for real-time adjustments.

Dual‑Flow Option: For 35 - 50 ft models, the dual flow air system evenly distributes air across both sides for balanced performance.
