Crary Air Reel, High Velocity Air System

The Crary Air Reel replaces the factory reel on compatible combine headers and directs a continuous curtain of high-velocity air across the cutter bar. The airflow moves cut crop toward the auger or draper belt, helping reduce bunching and shatter loss while keeping the header fed evenly.

Air Delivery and In-Cab Adjustment

A direct-drive gearbox powers Crary's 8-in. fan. The operator can adjust air volume and direction from the cab with the wireless control system, electric volume actuator, and pitch actuator. Steel drop tubes direct air along the cutter bar, with double tubes at each end to clean up the header corners.
