Loftness 41BX20 Battle Ax Excavator Mulcher, 41" Cut, Beaver Teeth

The Loftness 41BX20 Battle Ax is a 41-inch excavator mulching head for carriers in the 15,000- to 20,000-pound class. This configuration uses Quadco four-point beaver teeth and a 45cc high-pressure gear motor for land clearing, right-of-way work, and vegetation management where a compact head is easier to place.

Built-in depth gauges control how much material the teeth take at once. Two shear bars form the second stage of the cutting chamber, and a three-band belt drive transfers power to the rotor. Planer teeth are also available when a different tooth style better suits the work.
