Overview

The Loftness 41BX30 Battle Ax is built for excavators in the 18,000 to 36,000 lb class doing land clearing, right-of-way work, and general vegetation management. Its 41" cutting width gives the head enough coverage to stay productive while still being nimble, and the Battle Ax rotor is designed to control bite and keep material moving through the chamber cleanly.

This configuration includes reversible planer teeth (beaver teeth available), a 105cc adjustable-displacement piston motor, and a blank plate mount. The 30 Series platform is designed for excavators running from 20 to 60 GPM and up to 6,000 PSI, with a two-stage cutting chamber and synchronous belt drive to improve cut quality, rotor efficiency, and day-to-day durability.

The hydraulic motor is designed for 20 to 60 GPM excavators and can be adjusted to fine-tune rotor speed and performance.

Battle Ax Rotor And Two-Stage Chamber
Built-in depth gauges help control cut depth, while the two-stage chamber with dual shear bars helps produce a finer finished material.

Blank Plate Mount
