Grain Handling

Batco belt conveyors offer gentle handling for seed, specialty crops, and other commodities. The Batco line includes 1500 Series belt conveyors, transfer conveyors, and Pitstop drive-over conveyors. Convey-All offers field conveyors, drive-over conveyors for truck unloading and extra-low-profile hoppers for railcar unloading. Convey-All drive choices can be electric, gas, or hydraulic depending on the model and configuration.

For pneumatic grain movement, grain vacuums handle bin cleanout and grain transfer. Conveyors cover belt transfer, truck or trailer unloading, and railcar unloading. Grain cleaners use model- and crop-specific screens for the material being removed.

Dry Materials, Manure, and Service Equipment

For dry-material spreading, Dalton Mobility 800 and 1200 spreaders differ in conveyor drive and variable-rate readiness. The 800 can use ground or hydraulic conveyor drive with optional variable-rate readiness, while the 1200 uses hydraulic conveyor drive and includes variable-rate readiness as standard equipment. Air Command section control on Pro-Force equipment is optional depending on the model and configuration. The fertilizer spreaders collection covers broadcast and row-delivery equipment, drive choices, and rate-control arrangements.

We also offer grain vacuums for rent and manure spreaders for rent for temporary work.
